Ruth Vanderwey, Managing Partner Ruth Vanderwey, PMP and Prosci® certified, focuses at the crossroads of organizational transformation and driving revenue for Krysalis Solutions Clients. Experienced in the development of strategies on how to scale global professional services organizations since 2003, Ruth has helped IBM to develop their Global Business and Technology Services standards and competencies. At IBM, she provided direction and support to over 900 project managers. She set and implemented the corporate national strategy and oversaw the implementation of these programs. Ruth then went to Blast Radius (acquired by WPP) and, as VP Project Services, she helped one of the largest interactive agencies in Canada create and implement a Global PMO standards and best practices framework. Ruth is an expert in delivering successful transformation strategies with an emphasis on adopting proven techniques from large corporate implementations and applying them to any unique environment.

In 2008, Ruth formed Krysalis as a way to further develop these ideas and organize them into a business that helps organizations build profitable and sustainable companies. Ruth has worked with business leaders for the last 20 years. Her corporate experience includes Fortune 500 executives in the financial, retail, telecom, utility, marketing and advertising, mining, transportation, manufacturing, and government sectors.

Heather Collins, Associate Heather Collins is an experienced professional with more than 25 years in senior leadership roles in information technology, corporate services and operations. She has worked in retail, financial services, supply chain, manufacturing, and transportation industries, and is an expert in PMO leadership, project intervention, and change management.

Heather is a Prosci ® certified change manager and an ICF certified professional coach providing leadership, transformational and success coaching services to individuals and corporations. She holds a B.Sc. in Mathematics and Computer Science from the University of Toronto, and an MA in Counseling Psychology from Adler School of Professional Psychology in Chicago.

Federico Palacios, Associate Federico Palacios is a consultant with over 14 years experience in delivering business value through many multi-million dollar business transformations and global solutions within the financial, consulting, retail, gaming, manufacturing, transportation, and government sectors.

Federico provides strategic direction and supports delivery of solutions that add true value to an organization, while managing and mentoring Business Analysis teams and other key resources. He has helped define the business analysis structure, methodology and practices for various organizations, has worked with Fortune 500 companies, and has extensive experience at the strategic and tactical levels. Federico's expertise focuses on requirements management including business analysis and process mapping in both English and Spanish. He also co-authored IIBA's first book on managing Business Analysts.

Federico believes organizational change is achieved, in great part, through a successful requirements process and is pleased to be part of a company that aligns with this same philosophy.
